Extremely poor communication, was told they had they part, but come to find out they never had the part and never let me know, was told they were too busy to call me back, customer is extremely upset now that they have to wait till friday to get their car back from repairs, zero stars, takes 30 seconds to let a person know that they did not have the part!!!!!!

If I could leave a negative post I would 
I drove an hour and a half because he said he had what I needed I got there they didn't have what I needed after waiting in the office for an hour and a half 
five hours of my day gone 
While you're waiting for a horrible experience I highly recommend going to the subway at Citgo it makes great sandwiches
