Kay Plumbing Services

I have used Kay Plumbing services on three occasions. Each time the work was done expertly, in minimum time, and for reasonable costs. I trust Konrad and his team to handle my plumbing needs (install gas line to new gas oven, connect to new gas meter and provision required valves and cutoffs, install connections to new tub in master bath) with skill and professionalism.

Had constant problems with my plumbing concerning leaks due to acidic water eating away the metal connection fittings. To fix the problem the whole house needed to be re-piped. Kay Plumbing did the work and finished the job in a little less than 2 days. I also had them replace the water heater because it was 18 years old and getting close to it's life expectancy. Was very little interruption because we stayed here while they did the job. They did the job for a very fair price. I was very satisfied with the job. Always professional. This was actually the second job that they did for me. Months ago I had another water problem that was traced to a ruptured bladder in my water tank. They also replaced the water tank in a few hours. Price was very fair. Will use them for any plumbing problems.

Kay Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. Their customer service is exceptional. I had a recurring leak issue that ultimately ended up with re piping the water in my house. Brian, Nick, and Barrett were always professional, honest, and courteous. It was a two day job and after the first days work they had cleaned up after themselves (even though they knew no one would be at the house) and ended up finishing earlier than expected. The front office staff was also exceptional answering any and all questions I had in a more than acceptable time frame. Great company (hopefully I won't need a plumber again for a long time) but if I do I'll always call Kay.

Had a septic issue and wasnt sure what or who to contact. I called and Kristen who answered the phone was extremely helpful and got me going in the right direction. She was very polite and professional about my situation.
