Sorriest place I've ever worked! Drama Drama Drama. everyone thinks they are better than everyone else best thing I've recently done is get away from this place. Thanks guys for helping me appreciate my old job 😉 also when they are stretched out and working till 9 o'clock they need you dearly but when work slows any excuse and you're out the door

Had an awful experience and would never recommend this company to anyone. At my job ONE of the toilets kept clogging pretty regularly we finally had enough and decided to use them. They came out, snaked it, and left. Not even a week later, clogged again. We were charged yet again for them to come out and see why whatever was done did not work. When asked why we had to pay again when the problem was not solved was given a song and dance about it being the nature of the beast. Regardless of all the infinite possibilities of things that go wrong, customer service and common sense goes a long way. He spent 2 hours rumbling around sloshing around in our pipes and by now BOTH of our toilets are out of order. When asked what the problem was were told it was clogged with tons of tampon applicators and that our septic tank was shot. Wanted to charge over $400 to repair in addition to the $230 that was already paid. Called another company, come to find out we don't even run on septic, we use city!! It was fixed in less than 45 minutes and was charged $200!

I had toilet problems. The tech Mike Anderson came out and explained how and why the leakage was occurring. And he fixed it quickly. I thought the job was going to be more extensive and cost much more. He did a terrific job. If I have anymore problems I will definitely call Hill.

Purchased an expensive new pump from them and had them install it in my HEATED garage. Left the next day for three months. Returned to find a flooded garage due to poor quality plumbing work on the pipes they installed for the new pump. Called and was told they would "put in a ticket" and call me back. Six hours later - no call. I called them again and spoke with a very rude, unprofessional alleged manager who told me they had a lot of busted pipes they were trying to deal with due to cold weather and implied that is what happened to mine even after I told her it was poor quality work on their part not frozen pipes repeatedly telling her it was in a HEATED garage. She continued with her nasty attitude to the point where I became so angry I hung up.
I wrapped the leaking pipe joint with a heavy tape to slow down the leak and will call a REAL plumber today to fix it. They can expect a bill for this repair and if not paid like the alleged manager said then we will be going to court.
Avoid this company and their nasty manager at all cost.
UP-DATE: After this post, Hill Plumbing sent a qualified technician (with a great attitude) out who did an excellent job of fixing the problem.
