Delk Plumbing Inc

Delk has been our only plumber for ten plus years. Everyone is friendly, they know what they're doing and we have never felt we were being upsold or over charged. I highly recommend them.

I work in a large office building and we usually have some sort of plumbing issue every other week or so. These guys are always there to help. They always make it out here when they are supposed to and they have never been late. They always explain the problem to me and how they will fix it. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They definitely know what they are doing. They always get the job done quickly and professionally. I have never had a bad experience with these guys and I don't ever expect to. I will never use another plumbing company for my home or business.

I Tried to get them to come out and upgrade the valves to my fixtures. It took awhile for someone to call me back. Then after talking to the tech I asked them to make an appointment; he said that the office would be calling me to set said appointment. I am still waiting for them to call me and it has been three weeks. Calling someone else!

If I could give NEGATIVE "stars" I would. Do not ever do business with Delk Plumbing. My 85 year old disabled veteran father had been a customer of Delk Plumbing for many years. Last year he had a leak in the kitchen. We called out Delk Plumbing. They said the copper pipes needed to be replaced. My dad paid almost $3000 to have the house repiped. Now, a year later, there's another leak in the kitchen in the same place. I called Delk back out. It's the copper pipe in the kitchen--which was supposed to have been replaced last year. Delk claims that they replaced the water lines, not the waste lines. But last year, they stood in my dad's house saying ALL the copper pipes need to be replaced. Myself and my dad, not being plumbers, assume when a plumber says that all the copper pipes need to be replaced and they are paid to repipe the house, that ALL the pipes are being replaced. Now, a year later, after they were supposed to repipe the house, they said they can generously fix the problem in the kitchen for a mere $725. Or, repipe the rest of the pipes they should have replace a year ago for $2400. Naturally, I was upset at this, I called the company back. The owner was supposed to call me and NEVER did. I had to call back. Their excuse for not replacing all the copper pipes? Oh, well the contract says just the water lines were replaced. My dad nor myself being plumbers and mistakenly trusting Delk, believed that when a plumber says all the copper pipes need to be replaced and they are paid to repipe the house, that all the pipes are being replaced. The contact didn't say they would replace the just the water pipes and not the waste pipes. Last year, they never made a distinction between water and waste lines. Also last year when they did the work, they left a mess--including a big hole in the hall closet that I had to repair and fix. And, the two Delk plumbers who started the job, didn't even show up the next day to finish the work. So, I sat around for an entire day--losing money for Delk to not even bother. So a two day job took three days. I ended up having another company fix the kitchen pipe for half of Delk's so-called good price. In fact, the other company, came out within 20 minutes of me calling --remember, Delk never even bothered to call me back--and within an hour kitchen pipe replaced. They also went under the house to check the rest of the pipes--at no charge.

Highly recommend Delk Plumbing! Have used them for my dishwasher and they were very fast, friendly, and professional. Got the job done right the first time and will use them again!
