First time I used Dependable Service Plumbing. Excellent and fast service. Jeffrey helped develop the best plan for new water heaters, and service technician Stefon provided a flawless installation. Both gentlemen were incredibly professional and courteous. DPS will be my "go to" for any and all future plumbing needs.

We were introduced to Dependable Service Plumbing at the Spring Myrtle Beach home show and from this moment on everything was purely professional. We were briefed on what to expect on what would take place during the plumbing inspection of our home. Jeff Phillips arrived on time and proceeded his inspection of every fixture in the home, after the process was completed a total written report was furnished as well as recommendations. Jeff was more than capable to answer the many questions that was asked of him. I would not hesitate to recommend this company in the future.

Jeff can to the house for our annual inspection and did a thorough job. He was polite, knowledgeable and respected our property while working. Jeff found a problem with our 13 year old water heater, not unexpected, and explained our options. Stefon arrived a few days later with our new water heater. He was on time, polite, respected our property and did a wonderful job. We highly recommend this company. All the staff we have dealt with have been very helpful.

I own a service company and I can say with irrefutable certainty that Dependable Service Plumbing has it locked up when it comes to client satisfaction. I had a waste line clog and back up into the shower. It was nauseating. Keith showed up quick and jumped right in,, not literally, knew exactly what needed to be done, and followed through with a professionalism all us service companies should strive to have in our representatives.
