Thank you. Leroy was great yesterday. He always let you know what was going on step by step and was very knowledgeable about plumbing issues unlike the nitwits we had to our house the day before. He was like a breath of fresh air compared to what I just dealt with. I know he must be a valuable asset to your company.  Thanks again

GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!  Greg (installer) was prompt and efficient.  Completed the job in less time than quoted.  Was friendly and took the time to explain everything he did.  Gave instructions on how to operate and take care of the unit.  I was truly impressed with his know-how.  I will definitely recommend Ben Franklin plumbing  (and Greg) to all my friends.  GREAT COMPANY!  Keep up the good work and customer relations.

They have no clue what they are talking about. They legit just want to pull you for every dime you have. Stay away they have ZERO knowledge.
