I would give a zero if I could. I have called three times, just for someone to call me back to give me an estimate. It has been a week now. NO call. Horrible. I will not recommended them to anyone. S Jordan, Mount Croghan

This is by far the worst company ever. I called them on a Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for Friday. I took off work and had been waiting for the plumber. At 1pm I called to find out the expected time of arrival and was told I did not have an appointment which is crazy because I had called and confirmed my appointment. I was simply told that there was nothing they can do. This company is horrible. Please do not waste your time.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. First off I have a property that has a tenant in it where the sink is pouring water when used. I called this company last Thursday and they told me it would be Monday before they could get out to the home. I told them thank you but I needed it sooner well turn out on Monday I called needing to use them and the woman who answered the phone was VERY rude when I told her what had been going on she told me she didn't need to hear all of that and snapped at me. I also asked them to please have plumber call me while at the home with a price so I could give the go ahead on Monday (That did not happen either never called). So on Wed. I called to see what was going on and if they could please tell me what needed to be done and a price so we could get this taken care of as it was causing a lot of issues she put me on hold came back and said that she called the plumber and he would call me when he got into the office today. I asked around what time since I had been waiting since Monday for a call and she was again very rude said she did not ask all of that but it would be this afternoon. Well I just got a call from one of the owners who is one of the plumber and told me he wasn't going be able to do the job for me. When I asked why it took this long for him to call and tell me this and asked for a reason he hung up on me. THIS COMPANY HAS NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS AND DOES NOT CARE TO LET YOU KNOW THINGS IN A TIMELY MANOR EITHER.
