Four Star Plumbing and Air Conditioning

Once again 4 Star goes above and beyond. As a landlord with various houses in the Grand Strand area they are one of the easiest company’s I’ve dealt with remotely. 2 years ago they installed a new split system on one of my rentals after they misdiagnosed a bad blower motor. They refunded the cost of the blower motor and service call when they installed the new unit. Once I said go ahead with the repairs. They set up portable AC units for my tenants. Great service. On time and right the first time. And when they did make a mistake, they made it right without even asking. Fast forward to last week. Bought a new house a year ago and the seller provided a home warranty. I’m not a big fan of these but since it didn’t cost me anything I said sure. Well the AC failed and the home warranty folks sent out a different service co who took 2 weeks to diagnose and submit for approval a repair that they ended up denying. After 2 days of fighting between the other co and the home warranty folks I said to hell with the warranty and called 4 Star. They coordinated directly with my tenants and were there to evaluate the system and make a recommendation that same day. Unfortunately the 31 yr old air handler was on its last legs so 4 Star scheduled a new install. Once again portable units were set up for my tenants and the install was scheduled 3 business days later. They had to order the right air handler. Said install would take 2 days. Well at 3pm the first day, I got a text from my tenant saying they had air and 4 Star was packing up the old stuff and heading home. So if you need a plumbing/heating/AC company in the Grand Strand area. Give them a call. They answer their own phones locally and EVERYONE I ever dealt with was the utmost professional. Even when they had the oops 2 years ago. And like I said, they immediately owned up to it and made it right. Thanks 4 Star. I wish I had a company like you all up here in Indiana!!!

I live in New York but own property Myrtle Beach and whenever I have an issue I call four stars they immediately respond. Extremely happy with their services.

For the most part, had some Great service....there has been a couple of bumps in the road but over all great. I have had then for about 8 years.

I had a broken water pipe on a Saturday afternoon and I called Four Star. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and assured me that a repair man would be at my home within an hour. Gary showed up within an hour and repaired the pipe. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I would recommend Four Star for any plumbing problems.

Girls in the office are so nice !! The guys who come to do the work are TOP NOTCH, they go above and beyond to help any way they can !! and their work is meticulous, I have used FOUR STAR since I moved here 4 yrs ago & they will be my Plumbing ,A/C company forever, I want to say Thank You for doing such excellent work
