Vines Plumbing

This was our first interaction with Vines Plumbing. And we were very impressed with our tech, Brandon. He seems to have quite a bit of experience and made us feel confident in what he was doing. You don’t get a lot of true professionals anymore. But, he was outstanding explaining what he did and showing us the damage behind our washer we hadn’t seen before. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with his service! The lady at the office was also very professional keeping us updated on his arrival time. Really great first impression. Keep up the great work!

Vines is a great plumbing service. Brandon arrived ahead of schedule. He made a diagnosis of the problems and then gave us options to solve them. Vines gives you levels of service from Platinum to gold to silver to bronze to bandaid. Brandon has exceptional customer service skills and lots of patience. Brandon showed up sooner than expected, but it ended up being great timing for me to get a couple of things done before work. He was very professional and easygoing. He made sure I understood the issue and gave me additional maintenance information. Thanks Brandon for your professional customer service.

I had a leak coming from under my slab into my garage. It was around my hot water heater. So I called a company and I paid $130 for the five minutes it took them to tell me that I did indeed need a new hot water heater. After talking to a relative I decided to get a second opinion. So I looked on Home Advisor and found Vines Plumbing Company. Vines came out the same day I called and Worker John did a thorough search including my water meter. He took about 20 minutes and he said that I had a leak under the slab. That it was not the water heater. Vines consultation did not cost me a dime... It was free. John explained to me my options and what the procedure would be. Vines people ( Rick, Jake and others came out, did what they had to do and now everything is fixed so quickly and I am so excited about the expertise that Vines plumbing showed me. I will always call Vines for all my plumbing needs to my home from now on! I will also recommend them to others because their service and prices are Beyond Compare!📣
