Plumb Pro

Worst experience with this so called pro company remodeling two places and dealt with a dozen companies/handyman/contractor. Nothing worst than this. Zero star. Plumber cannot do job right. Over priced. If you need a plumber, talk to a real charleston local. Don't call this.company

Scott was extremely helpful and professional. He showed up on time and he made sure I was happy with the product. I can tell that he enjoys what he does for his customers. Will certainly recommend Plumb Pro to friends and family.

Had a disaster happen to me this morning woke up to a downstairs bathroom and shower flooded. Couldn't use any source of water in the house that had to be drained or it would increase the flooding. So I thought I had a clog somewhere in the draining system. So called Plumb Pro and nobody answered but got a call back in 15 mins. Talked to John and he said their schedule was pretty full for the day. Explained my situation and he said he would call me right back. Called me back and had tech Anthony at my house in 15 mins. Anthony did a great job and was very professional. Come to find out the city had plugged the wrong sewer line. Thanks again Plumb Pro for getting here so quick and helping to resolve the issue.

Long story short the toilet upstairs started leaking into the floor which then I had water coming through a lighting fixture in the kitchen. I freaked out and called plumb pro. Scott was out here immediately, was able to fix the issue before causing any major issues. Scott was not only extremely professional, he knew exactly what to look for to stop the problem. If you have an issue I highly recommend Plumb Pro!

Stood us up via Angie's list. We had a 3 hour window to meet. They didn't show or have the courtesy to call to cancel appt.
