On January 4, 2018, during the great snowstorm, we had a pipe below our front porch burst in the late afternoon. We called Blitch Plumbing and within 30 minutes the dispatcher had someone on the way to our home. The young man that arrived diagnosed our problem quickly and expertly made the repair. We could not have been more satisfied with the price and service.

We had a kitchen faucet installed by Blitch recently that started leaking a little while after the install and they came back to fix it for free. You never know what it will be like to deal with a service when things don't go well, but this company is easy to communicate with and they seem committed to providing fair service.
