This crew came when called and stayed until the job was done. They did an excellent job. They identified the issue and worked to come up with a solution. Their service was professional and they were knowledgeable about the problem. They were the best! When you call the Columbia Roto Rooter team, you get the best!

The availability of these guys is amazing. I was able to make an appointment and get someone to my home quickly. I got a courtesy call and the plumber showed up when they said he would. He was very polite and professional- and he did a good job. I highly recommend this company.

After weeks of calling and leaving messages for another plumber I gave in and called these folks. Was worried their price may break the bank, but was pleasantly surprised. Called in around 4:00 in the afternoon and Isaac was there promptly the next day at 8:30 AM as promised. Now have happy tenants again and no more issues.

Called was scheduled for 8AM and I received a courtesy call @ 7:30AM letting me know Technician was on the way and would be here by 8AM. On arrival Tech evaluated situation and tested drain prior to "snaking"; after evaluating he snaked the washer drained and explained what he found in the way of "contaminants" in the drain and that he added a coating so the iron pipes would not "snag" as much laundry lint going forward. He then explained the warranty and said to call should there be any "issues". Great personality, very professional; and I was very satisfied with the price...all in all a very good experience...rate them a 5+ out of 5! Highly recommend these folks!!!

Needed work done on two toilets and relocating a water heater. Technicians were friendly, on time and willing to work on multiple jobs at once. All tasks completed within a few hours. Will recommend in the future.
