I will forever be in love with the business Meetze, plumber technician Sean K and his assistance Marc. They did an excellent job. Truly professional and straight to the point. He explained everything to me, and the cost they also pointed out the faults in the equipment that i was using, explaining in details the proper way of plumbing.. Meetze plumber Sean K. canceled my worries by doing a excellent and complete job in repairing all my water problems . We have used Meetze for a few jobs and they have been reliable, courteous and done quality work. Sean Kirkland has given detailed explanations before and after work...very professional! They may cost a bit more than other plumbers but the quality of the work and materials used are superior.

on 23 march 18, Meetze plumbing performed a repair to leaking pipe at my 81 yo Father's house in Irmo that took one hour of time and $20 dollar section of plastic pipe and charged him $761 dollars. Breakdown... approx $81 for house call, $311 to locate the leak that my father pointed out to plumber, and $361 to install 10" section of plastic pipe. Businesses that prey on the elderly are despicable. This is highway robbery. I live in another State and was not there to prevent this travesty. I contacted Meetze plumbing by phone and asked to speak to customer service manager/rep to discuss the bill. To date, nobody had returned my call. How can these people sleep at night? I will be contacting the better business bureau and State AG to pursue this. RUN, don't walk away from this company. Meetze has called and admitted a billing mistake. A partial refund has been processed for my Father. Was told that Plumber in question is experienced and honest and this was a simple mistake. Was also told that their billing model is such that a "book" dictates cost irrespective of time spent on the job. That is to to say that if the job takes 10 minutes or ten hours, the cost is the same. Hard to believe that this model works in favor of the consumer at any point... Also would think that plumber should have known bill obscenely too high. My father should have known better and NOT paid the bill at the time it was presented. To Meetze's credit, they FINALLY did call me and made things right. I waited a week after first call to writing initial review. Had I not inquired, doubt there was a quality assurance person that would have found the error.

Came within a couple hours and fixed the blockage. While they were here we had them install a new comfort height toilet. Very friendly and helpful and answered my many questions. So glad Bobby was there when I needed him.

Meteze Plumbing has always done an excellent job for us whenever we have needed them. Sean Kirkland was a pleasure to meet and work with. He was polite and sincere the entire time it took for him to complete the job. He actually cared how I felt about his work after he was finished. That is a work ethic you don't find much anymore. I will definitely continue to use Meetze for my plumbing needs and will ask for Sean the next time I need your service. Way to go Meetze Plumbing and keep up the good work.
