We were quoted $80 on the phone and billed $200. Emailed them twice with no reply. Driver also ended up in our front yard (no idea what he was doing) and got stuck. Someone had to come pull him out and if left our yard a mess. Ended up paying bill because it's not even worth the trouble of fighting it but pleasssseeee don't use this company.

Caulder plumbing has made various trips to fix a number of problems for me. They are always polite and knowledgeable. His prices are also reasonable.

Having purchased a new Kohler sink, we needed it installed. We had dealt with Caulder Plumbing in the past, the oldest Mr Caulder. NOT the same service! And we will never call them again. We have had plumbers out to repair the work twice. The cost of service was out of line, especially since we have had to have his work redone. Mr. Caulder's service personality was rude and aloof. He had nothing to say to me. The man was in my home, for heaven's sake. I ended up calling my husband home from work because I was so uncomfortable. His assistant was smiley and nice but it was not enough. My questions were answered with a grunt, positive or negative... I couldn't determine. Worst experience I have ever had with a service man in my home.
