I have to say I was shocked to read all the negative reviews regarding KU. I have to say my contacts with KU have all been pleasant. Yes, my bills during certain months are high, but this isn't their fault it's our governments fault with the crazy way things are run causing rates to go up just to keep services running. To help cure a lot of our problems voice your complaints to your State Representative! Now this is where you get rude customer service.

Customer Serive was horrible from this particular location. A woman named DONNA with no last name she was ridiculous and tried saying because a payment was processed through my bank account twice that it was my error I had a choice to NOT pay it after sending my check in for payment. But on the due date they supposedly hadnt received my payment and TOLD me to pay it again by phone !!! So had I not paid on due date by phone ..service would have been charged past due or interrupted. Right? After payment by phone was processed the original check I wrote was processed! And that’s my error????

My bill doubled for the month of February!!! I know the weather is cold during that month but there is no way my bill should be twice as high! But they are the only electric company around so I guess that's why they rape us!!👎👎😒😞

So angry my bill was 412 for one month!!! You all need to do better this is ridiculous!!

In the area I live, it seems we are having more power outages which for me means I have no phone service, no heat/ac, and of course no electricity/power. It is frustrating and scary at the same time. I wish K.U. would fix this issue!
