LG&E and KU Energy LLC

I had called about my bill and they told me that I have a pass Due balance And I proceeded to speak to them about the past due balance because I should not have a past due balance because I told them when I get my check And they proceeded to tell me that Even though I Informed them that I don't get my check until Sarton time of the month every month when I set up my elc and that didn't matter I'm still being held liable to pay the past due balance even though they added over a $167 on to the bill that's due . I don't thank this is right . And I keep line asking for a manager And they keep on saying I'm gone connected to the other supervisor So then I asked to speak to someone at the corporate office And then they proceed to tell me I have to write a letter . I mean really .this is some bs

My roommate paid the electric. They disconnected our electric, I paid it and now they wont reimburse me when my roommate proved it had been taken out. You all are a joke. Absolutely ridiculous.
