Got a apartment tried to turn on the power they informed me someone else had used my information to start service 8 years ago and never paid the last bills at an adress i never lived at. Refused to work with me to pay it off and then when i offered to pay the balance in full they told me i needed to come into the office with a lease, i.d. and ss card. How did service get put in my name at a place i never lived at but i pay out on a bill that wasnt mime and i gotta prove who i am and where i live. Slimy buisness.
