Why have your phone number or email address if they don't call you or send you an email before they disconnect you, I had made a payment and by mistake it was from old account,  6 days later turn off , come home no power , call them made payment  but won't send anyone out to turn on till next day , makes no sense to verify information they do not use , no courtesy what so ever
