Every time I go to the office to pay my bill I have to wait FOREVER!!!!! Today I sat in line at the drive through for approximately 20 minutes at the window. There were 4 cars behind me. There was only 1 customer inside and they were walking up the sidewalk as I drive around the building. There was only 1 lady working and her only speed seemed to be slow motion. This is pitiful customer service.
