The bill is unbelievably over priced the service sucks it's goes out AT LEAST 3-4 times a season for more than 4 hours each time... the extra charges is so uncalled for but we have no other option literally.

The tree trimming crew did a shabby job when they trimmed trees on my property. I was told by a supervisor that the trees were trimmed according to Ky. Power regulations and nothing else would be done . Now, I must contract with another company to '' clean up the mess '' at my expense! VERY POOR!

Today the power has been off for 6 hours. It goes off a lot and there VERY VERY slow to turn it back on. I have food ruining in the fridge. I have fish dieing.
