Kmart

Cashiers where very nice, service was great, prices a little too high but they have a great selection of products. This is the best and cleanest Kmart I have ever been to.

We went tonight and had a relatively small list. We noted when we pulled into the parking lot that while it's the Saturday before Christmas, and all the other retailers in town are PACKED, Kmart was not. Half of the things we needed, they didn't carry, and it became clear that we were going to have to hit another store tomorrow (Christmas Eve), but oh well. We made our way to the register, and there were only two of them open. We got in line, but to our amazement, it never moved. The line got longer and longer, but for 15 minutes, it never moved. The other line started to move slowly, but already had gotten SUPER long. Nobody ever called for backup to open another register, so after 15 minutes of waiting, we placed everything on the counter at the customer service counter and left. We will be going to purchase those items, as well as the other items we needed at another retail store tomorrow. Pretty disappointed since I had a coupon that I wanted to use and it expires tomorrow.

Fast friendly service and knowledgeable employees who often ask if u need help before u spend 30 minutes searching for someone to ask.

Not a bad place but maybe Sears/K mart wouldn't be going out of business all over the world if they weren't so stingy giving credit. How is it I can get at $280000 mortgage but I can't get a K mart card for a $350 washing machine

One of the girls at the customer service counter was very rude. Comments she made to customers were uncalled for. The rest of staff and cashier were very nice and helpful. I was there about 5or6 pm. I have shopped in kmart for over 20 years.
