Koi Express

I must say that for the quality of the sushi, the prices here are very fair and their Koi Wrap is delicious. That being said, the staff is consistently slow at getting orders out. I would have given 4 stars but my most recent visit caused me some trouble. I walked in during the 5pm rush hour to find no one was at the counter. I rang the bell (super annoying I know) 3 times and called out for a while. Finally a scared looking young woman came out and informed me that they were closed, even though the sign said open. When I walked out she turned off all the lights and went back to hiding in the kitchen. Please fix your service issues because it's killing your business.

You know, I used to like your food. It was affordable, it was tasty, and it didn't take forever to make. But my most recent trop was 19 dollars for 2 rolls (that's not too bad, but we're just getting started). First off, it took longer than before, second, i got it to go, so that I could eat the rolls at home, but it wasn't cut like a sushi roll (8-10 relatively even pieces). No, instead it was cute like a freaking sub sandwich. No sauce, no ginger or anything. To go doesn't mean that I plan on eating it in the car... It means I'm not eating in your restaurant. I'm extremely disappointed. Whoever used to be in charge of making the sushi should come back. He was much better than the 2 girls that made mine.

Great sushi wraps and high quality ramen bowls. It's great to see some diversity in the area. Plus they are open on Sundays! Edit: 20 minutes in the drive through to get one wrap. No apologies or even acknowledgement of the delay. The food is good. Maybe don't come if you are in a hurry.

It opened up a couple of months ago, the place has an open feel and has some interior wall art that some would get the reference to. The sushi tastes good, I havent gotten it all but you can tell. Also as a cheap person, I appreciate the daily menu being petty inexpensive. Just a nice sushi place.

This place is great. I usually get the New York Wrap which is fantastic, my wife gets the California Wrap every time and it is always excellent and the other wraps and ice cream are good. However, the one time I got Ramen it was unfortunately not as impressive. Other than the food the atmosphere is friendly, service is quick, and the staff is friendly. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for sushi wraps or Mochi Ice cream this is the place you should check out.
