Well We have been a customer for over a yr now. I must say we had our unit broken into, and was still pleased with the service we got. But I am not happy with what I call a ridiculous raise in price!  So before the summer is up, I will be ending my business here and either looking elsewhere or finding another place to store my stuff.  I can understand a $5 raise or something of that matter, but not $20 a month! Just imagine how much money they are making extra if they raise it that much..... I would hope with a raise like this, they take better care of there parking lot, and update some security!
