Moved from out of state and needed a storage unit quickly and this spot was more than amazing. They had a unit available within an hour, the manager Pam was very helpful, and the unit was very secure. I would recommend these units to any of my friends.

Pam was really nice. I emptied out my storage unit today(last day of March) which was a busy Saturday. She was by herself and although she had multiple customers in front of her, she still remained professional. Thanks for the great customer service Pam. Ill use this location again if needed.

We talked with Kelli both times we visited; once when we were shopping for a storage facility and the next when we actually made our decision. She is an absolute gem, personable, fun, knowledgeable and professional. Kelli and the product are the reasons why we chose this location.

The very best feature of this property is the woman than oversees it now. We have had a storage unit here for a while now and seen them go through more than couple of the other supervisors in the office. She makes a difference. When it comes to the everyday issues there, she takes care of them. Quite frankly, she is the only reason we continue to rent space at this company's location on North Oak in KCMO. I would give her 5 STARS for her efforts.
