I am very pleased with Joe & Sidney. I don't ever have to worry about unpleasant interactions with these employees which hasn't always been the case. Keep up the good work!

What they don't tell you when you call for rates. 1) You are REQUIRED to carry their property insurance ($60 for unit, another $11 for insurance) 2) You are REQUIRED to buy their $20 lock. If you are late on your payment, they don't add a lock--they drill out the lock they REQUIRED you to buy, and you have to buy another when you pay your rent and late fee (extra $40 on top of $71 unit payment). I talked to them on the phone and they didn't share any of this info, just "reserved" a unit. By then, I was out if time for finding an alternate place.

Joe is very helpful when needed and definitely polite. Have no complaints other than the hours of gate times. It should available later than 5 or 6pm.
