Public Storage

I went in not knowing what to expect from the staff or of the property. I have to say that it was a lovely surprise! I had heard that it was a top notch storage facility but after my experience I can attest to the truth in that. I was greeted by a wonderful employee named Sydney. She greeted me warmly and seemed very excited to help. She explained everything very well and made me feel very welcome. After attending to my business she offered to show me their selection of merchandise and I found a box for storing glass vases, cups, etc... It was just what I was looking for. Everything was clean, straight forward, secure, fairly priced, and the staff was incredible. I never thought I would look forward to visiting a storage facility, but here we are.

Came in to check prices. Decided it's the best price for our budget. Weren't as rude as other businesses. Can't wait to move our stuff in and get ready for the baby

Pretty shabby place: manager missing keys to open empty units, oil leak in first one, broken doors on others, busted parking lot with exposed wiring; rental gimmicks - I want to move in on 3/1 but if I "sign/reserve" the unit 2/28, I have to pay double what the daily rate would be for the one extra day - no option to reserve and pay for a unit in advance. Managers response was "out of my hands, I have no control, can't do anything, corporate rules, company policies."
