I needed some packing supplies and this place was top notch. A great salesman by the name of Mike helped me out. When I walked through those doors when it came to packing supplies, I didn't know my left hand from my right. But after talking to Mike I settled on a nice small box. It was exquisite. The cardboard flawlessly crafted, the assembly easy. Like a fine wine my experience just got better with time. I'm fully confident my little Atari gaming system will make it to it's fine destination. If you need to buy a box, trust the box expert. There is no better than buying a box from James A Reed.

Recently I had some problems with this particular U-Haul...and I am changing my post because the superb customer service I received that followed. Within minutes of sending my review I had a call and an apology. No one blamed another, the owner/manager took full responsibility and said he would do what it took to make sure it never happened again. I cannot tell you in words how pleased I am about this individual's commitment to excellent customer service...but the truth is it didn't stop there. When I arrived the day after to rent another unit, I was met with the most pleasant individual...I believe his name was Travis, and he was so good at what he did...every unfortunate thing that happened the day before was ERASED! I recommend this place a 100X over...they are human...they recognize they may lack at times...but they do not make the customer pay...they immediately take action to do whatever is possible to have a great working relationship. I am soooo thankful I gave them a second chance...it was well worth it!
