This company would not prorate our unit fee for February's short month.  Billed us for the entire month of March 2018 when we moved out on March 01, 2018.  Facility manager did not have the decency to call us back to discuss the matter.  We asked the Manager on duty on February 28th if we were unable to get everything out on the 28th and had to finish on March 01, 2018 would they prorate the fee since February only had 28 days, not giving us a full 30 days to get everything cleaned out.  Manager said the unit had to be completely cleaned out before they would discuss prorating the fee for one days rent for March.  She felt pretty confident we would not have to pay the full month's rent for March.  However, that  wasn't the case, this facility charged us the full $204.00.  Beware!

I have rented a storage unit from Public Storage on several occasions and I would like to say Bobbie is the best property manager I ever dealt with.  She's very kind and very knowledgeable.  If I have to use a storage facility again I will definitely contact Bobbie and the 112th location.

Miss Bobbie did a great job helping me I really appreciate miss Bobbie she got me a storage in one day I've never had to use storage place in my life she explained everything to very well and I thank you miss Bobbie for your generosity thank you very much
