Worst customer service ever! Storage unit go auctioned with NO working. No phone call,no email or letter. Then it took 3 days for anyone to answer the phone. Told us we would have to talk to the district leader. We have called multiple times the last 2days and STILL no call back. I'm pissed we didn't get a warning about our unit being auctioned. I had stuff in there that is not replaceable. After being with them off and on for the last 6 years you would think they would treat you better.

Climatr controlled ....what a joke. I stored a table and chair there this winter and unit wasnt heated. The wood dried out and cracked the seats and table. No way worth $150 a month. Lady that ran the office was always rude and more interested in playing on her phone than answering customers
