As a first time customer in renting a storage unit, I chose this place because of location and the special they had.  I reserved the unit online and within minutes of submitting my request, Melissa, the property manager called following up to see if I had any questions.  Once at the facility, the process was quite painless.  Melissa was very informative covering all aspects and provided the best customer service with a smile despite being outside on a chilly windy day showing me the unit.  She even taped a lollipop to my paperwork, which I found to be a thoughtful and cute gesture.  I would recommend this place to anyone in need of storage.

Melissa was more than helpful in our time of emergency. She was very knowledgeable and seemed to know just how to handle the situation. I would highly recommend this facility if for no other reason but Melissa!!

Customer service is all around spot on, and while Melissa is really nice, I got sold to this facility by a different gal who is very very personable. I don't think she's with the facility anymore, unfortunately. Thankfully my unit has always been dry, despite its low altitude in the scope of the storage lot. I didn't know that flooding could even be an issue, so I'm glad I decided to take the time to read some other reviews!
I definitely have found cheaper storage facilities, but I was in a hurry to get my things quickly moved from a different storage facility that was trying to rip me off. I didn't feel that I received that type of treatment here, so I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality over quantity.

Melissa has been a blessing, helpful, and very friendly. She is an asset to the facility! Melissa was the main reason we chose this particular facility! Excellent customer service!!
