Landmark Bank

I hate this place is with a passion. I hate that I have to give them a star. On 3 separate occasions I have deposited cash money and it has not shown up. The lady that initials AB has screwed up our account for the last time! They were warned that if this happened again we would leave and we are. This morning I went to the store to buy breakfast but was denied because my CASH deposit was not there. I made this deposit 4 days ago. All of this chaos made me late for work because my card kept being declined. I was talking to the lady in complete embarrassment and apologizing and explaining I had money in my account. Or at least I thought I did because I made a deposit. NO!! My husband had to come to my work and get the deposit slip and go to the bank to try and resolve this. When he arrived with the deposit slip that was given to me at the time of the deposit, they told him that they couldn't tell if it was cash or check that was given so nothing could be done until Monday. Today is Saturday. We have a birthday party that we are supposed to attend tomorrow for my nephew and we need our money to buy him presents!! I have no lunch money either!!! I don't get off of work until 3 this evening!!!! Thanks for ruining my familys day and our party for tomorrow!! Thank you for causing me unwanted and unnecessary stress!! >:( I don't recommend this Bank & I can't wait to NEVER have to deal with them again!!!! Monday can't come soon enough!!!!

Got to the bank at 10:20ish in a Saturday and none of the lines were open and the front door was locked. When I called in the bank nobody answered and they didn’t open the lines until 10:46. Someone was waiting here long before I had arrived also and they close early on Saturday so they were wasting time. Their atm has also shorted me $20 -$40 twice and they are hard to work with.

Landmark Bank is an awesome bank. Very focused on customer service. I highly recommend Ben Cavin if you need help with any financing.
