Old school hardware store, with that true hardware store smell, and na assortment of rare parts that you won't find at your big box stores, and onsite services such as glass cutting and screen repairs. Prices are more expensive than the big box, but that is to be expected, for convenience. (recently changed owners so we'll see if the charm stays)
