Good store, fair prices...walked up to front desk to ask a lady with short white spiky hair a question. Respected the fact that she was on the computer. Not only did she not acknowledge me for the time I was there, about two minutes later someone she knew walked in and she immediately greeted him and stopped what she was doing to help him. So I guess you need to be old and a regular to get service...stick to ordering online

As a handyman; this is a go-to place for a number of items. Especially things that the big-box hardware store may not carry. This is one of the places that the good, high-end carpenters, and wood working hobby guys shop at. For the odd-ball repair of things like: kitchen cabinets [knobs, pulls, hinges, drawer slides, installation accessories, etc] Also, a fair amount of on-site expertise.

The right hardware and materials for my project and friendly, knowledgeable service. And lots of beautiful wood. Smell it. Touch it. Bring some home. It will make you happy. Update: I finished the big tracksaw jig and it works perfectly! The Rockler miter bar and miter bar tracks made it easy and accurate and saved me so much time! I highly recommend them.
