Waiting 15 days for a pair of glasses is unacceptable. Was supposed to be seven days. Called and the excuse was the frames I ordered take longer...they take 14 days but they have shipped. If they are delayed longer than that, we will let you know. Call on day 15, they haven’t come in yet, we can’t track the shipment and no deliveries on weekends. So it will be 18 days at a minimum. I ordered a backup pair from an online reseller. Had glasses in 10 days at 25% of the cost. Wonder who will have my business next time?

Worst place ever. Went to fix my lenses bubbling "glare" issues for the second time in a year. They claim its not an issue with their lenses but the way I'm cleaning my glasses causing the bubbling on my very expensive glasses.. They had to replace them less than 5 months ago because they were doing the same bubbling thingy in the outside of them. Mind you ive had glasses my whole life and no matter how I cleaned them have never had this issue. I will never use them again!! Oh and BTW the person that I was talking to about this issue was not the kind of person I would hire to be a customer service rep. Not understanding nor friendly.

The side of my glasses broke I called around to other eye places they said I needed new frames. The other eye places said I didn't have to come in to get them looked at because they already know from the sounds of it was broken. I asked if I could still come in to get them looked at anyways they said I just need new frames. I went into Lens Crafters they were able to fix it put a new screw in for free. It took awhile for them to try to fix it but they got it done I'm happy with the service there they were very nice. I would recommend going there.

Super polite....very professional. I went in today because a pair of glasses I recently purchased that became stretched out. I was greeted warmly and was out, with my issue resolved, in five minutes. This is my second pair of glasses with them, and I'll certainly purchase the next here as well.

The doctor I saw had difficulty with English and it wasn't clear to me what she was saying. Also, when I tried to call back for follow up no one answered the the phone.
