Terrible and not understanding or compromising. I called to let them know I was running 15 minutes late and asked them if they could still take me in. I explained to them I was coming from two hours away. They put me on hold, came back a few minutes later and told me: "Unfortunaltely, no". I showed up 10 minutes past my appointment time hoping they would consider taking me in, reminding them that I just drove two hours. I was then told that the doctor left after hearing I was running 15 minutes late. What a joke. Would not recommend, ever.

I came home after picking up my new glasses today and realized the amount of work theses glasses have created . I have been dusting for 3 hours now. Ironically a few months back I was saying how nice it was that I do not accumulate so much dust as I used to , Figured it was the new screens I installed . I can only say thank you for the professionalism , the warmth from the entire crew the great doctor . Its even brighter outside now ,the sun must be getting brighter just another example of global warming . Even the computer screen is so bright now maybe its a sign to stay out of the light ......... Thanks again really sooooo great so see great again

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Jenna-Rose provided the best customer service, attention to my concerns and needs, and unbeatable friendliness! I was skeptical from a previous experience I had at a location in Maine, but I would drive to Concord from now on to receive the amazing care and service I received from Jenna-Rose. The Optometrist was great too. I love my new glasses. Jenna-Rose was very helpful in assisting me pick the best pair and helped me get a great deal. She was very knowledgeable about my insurance as well, which was great considering I didn't know a whole lot about what they provided. I will be ordering my contacts through her as well!

After 56 years I had to come out of my denial and get some prescription glasses. From the exam to the fitting, Visionworks was great. I was so impressed that I took my wife there to get an exam and update her old glasses. We are both quite happy with the results.

Extremely patient and knowledgeable. I was surprised since it's a chain. I would recommend coming by. Dr. Sheehan and his staff are great.
