My transactions at Sunglass Hut were excellent. I have bought two pairs of glasses there in the last few months, and I have been very happy with the glasses as well as the service. About a month after buying a pair of aviators, someone sat on them and bent them. The store manager was able to repair them for free, and did a great job. I have been back to the store several times, and he has always offered a free cleaning of my glasses, even when I wasn't there to purchase anything.

This location refuses to honor return policies. The "manager" is incompetent, rude, disrespectful, and the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. Don't bother with this location, they're disgustingly rude. Sunglass Hut corporate had to be contacted.
