After 4 years of never being late on a payment and using auto pay, my bank changed my account numbers for security purposes. I tried to pay on line, but they had changed my gate code with no notice. I called to try to get back on auto pay, but they say I have to come in personally to do that. Of course, I'm not in the area. I explained this to Mario, to no avail...late fee was applied on the 6th, a Monday...the office being closed on Sunday. We've stored a large boat, a camper, and have 2 storage units and have been doing business for 4 years, yet receive no help or flexibility from the management. As far as the storage area is concerned, we have found human excrement 3 different times near where our boat was stored. We reported it . Nothing was ever cleaned up, nor was anything done to find the culprit. We ended up putting up our own security cameras as they have none.
