These people have given me excellent service moving in and moving out. The facility was clean, well lit, this really helped me to feel safe while unloading and loading my things. The music was a nice thought too. Stephanie was awesome! I would highly recommend Extra Space storage on Burnett Rd as one of the best storage facilities and experiences I've ever had. I had already rented a unit at this facility two years ago and I did it again because I love the location, how easy the process is, and how you can manage everything online from abroad. Stephanie was wonderful this morning and she was extremely quick, polite, and helpful in setting up my lease agreement and account. I highly recommend it.

I was able to reserve a same-day space on the website, and received a call from Garrett within a few minutes to confirm and schedule a visit. Garrett helped me review other deals and was able to provide me a different space than I reserved so that I could receive the first month free, and an overall less expensive lease.

Incredibly quick and easy process. Staff was very friendly and made it a painless experience, especially on short notice. Would definitely recommend!

James was so super nice and professional! I only go to Extra Space for any of my moving needs. I have rented with Extra Space storage on and off whenever I needed storage facilities around the country (I move a lot) and am convinced that they have the best customer service, cleanest care-taken facilities and will do their best to meet your needs. James did not disappoint! He was a totally new rep to me but gave me all the help and made sure I had everything I needed to pack up this time around. If you need boxes or storage for ANY length of time, don't waste your money by going anywhere else! Thanks so much, James and if I were staying in the area, I would definitely give you my business! Great job!
