UR VMS Vehicle Storage Facility

The lady was very rude, and told me, you got 10 mins. After she lied to me that I needed more than just my I'd to just pick up my belongings, when I was the registered owner and I had called this afternoon and asked what I needed. If she or someone does not like there job, maybe they should look elsewhere, not lye to people.

Standing along time in line just be charged a massive fee! Also window 3 person, that's working to hard having to many responsibility's to handle at 1 time. They need to have organization & more people helping and serving the public!

We entered and received good help, but this place should be bigger and staffed with more people to make it easier for the public.

Well this is one place you don't want your car to Inn at their facility it would cost you normally if you leave your car there well it's nobody's fault except here as for going to impound in the first place but the people know what they're doing their good job price

The staff are friendly and they try to help you as much as they can. Requirements are posted on the walls and windows. Be prepared to present evidence and have hard copies, if possible.
