Carlos, a representative at the S Fort Hood St location, made the process easy to get my unit. I mentioned the web rate that I saw online and was able to reserve it at that price even though I finalized the process in store. Premises is well secured with cameras and the units are clean with easy access. In addition, I am able to manage my account online as well as make changes if necessary. Just made reservations for a storage unit! Although there weren't many left, Mr. Shane took the time to show me the different options available. He also made sure that I was getting the best deal. The customer service was awesome and I highly recommend their service! Thanks again!

This is hands down, the most professional and courteous storage company I've ever used. As I was walking up to their office, the employee (Carlos Santiago) came out to greet me before I entered the building. As Mr. Santiago was explaining the services, I understood everything and didn't feel lost. It's extremely rare to find this level of customer service within the younger generation. Facilities were very clean. Prices were reasonable. You are definitely getting what you pay for.

Shane and Roxanne were incredibly accommodating. Their composure and geniality made the process as painless as possible. I honestly haven't had a more pleasant experience getting a storage unit.
