Cube Smart was amazing! Five Stars! 1) Staff was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I had the pleasure to work with Amanda, and met Jonathan both of whom were fantastic. 2) Call in info number resulted in a great price and additional super nice people who set my account up within minutes. 3) Location couldn’t be better (1.5 Miles from Victory Park, 1 mile from Uptown, 1.5 from Highland Park - I could go on!)! 4) You can use your code 24 hours a day if needed so I could come and go from my unit a super needed.

Amazing staff! Jonathan and Manda (not Amanda) helped me today. They love their customers! We miss Ruben, but Manda was the closest replacement to him! Always smiling! Jonathan has jumped through hoops and I always see him helping customers carrying things that is too heavy and always smiling and taking to everyone! Thank you Manda and Jonathan. Love the new girl Naressa to. Can’t wait to get to know her like I have Jonathan and Manda!

Excellent customer service: I arrived a few minutes after closing because of traffic, and Manda was willing to wait for me and assist me with registration and check in after clocking out. She was friendly and extremely helpful to me in my first experience renting and using a storage unit. Was told that she (Manda) and Jonathan are on-site basically 7 days a week, and provided their personal cell phone numbers to better be available to clients Would recommend this location!

Jonathan has been incredibly helpful and understanding! He went above and beyond to assist me. I cannot thank him enough for his help! He spent time answering all my questions. He made sure I understood everything! His interpersonal skills are exceptional! I hope he gets paid a lot, because he is worth it! I will recommend this storage place because of him. He made my experience wonderful.

Naressa has great customer service she was very helpful with all the questions that I had which made the move in very easy. This is a great place to rent at very clean and they have great hour for me access my item.
