Extra Space Storage

Excellent sign up/set up experience. I found the available space online and put in a reserve on it. Since it was the last one of that size available there was a message to get to the facility to claim it. I was getting ready to do that when Mr. Day called to tell me that there were three people interested so I should get there quickly. I did that and the sign up was expeditious and complete and easy. No long term contracts and very clean facility. Highly recommend it.

I talked with both Matt and Tim and was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the appearance of this facility, it was very clean, orderly and maintained. I got to know Tim enough to know that he has a wide range of life experiences which he has leveraged into a very well rounded and knowledgeable professional. As a person who has dealt with the retail public myself for years, I know that can be a very trying experience but Tim was professional and helpful from beginning to end. Great choice for storage and thank God for reviews of other customers to help make the adventure successful.

Nice units. Nice prices. The guy who helped me was very informed and courteous (Max I believe?) answering all my questions and then some. It was really a breathe of fresh air to actually feel valued as a customer. Just when you think customer service is dead, Extra Space Storage comes along & thankfully proves you wrong! I recently rented a unit at your facility. I was quite pleased with the whole registration process. Tim was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He made the paperwork process seem very easy. I was in and out in no time. Tim's customer service is superior. You are very lucky to have him on your team!!

Super friendly and professional staff. The facility appeared to be VERY clean as was my storage unit. Had very quick response to my online reservation. Tim was very clear about how insurance works and explained it in detail so that I had no financial surprises. Tim was also so very nice about my possible need in the future to move to a smaller or climate controlled unit. He made it as simple as "just let us know!" I would highly recommend this facility to any one looking for a storage facility.
