Very clean. Easy to access my unit. Manager contacted me to let me know a vacant a few units down from me had roof leaks. Luckily mine didn't. Only reason i didnt give 5 stars is the lack of light in the unit. I understand it takes the whole row being availabe to work on at same time, but it is frustrating in winter.

Thank you Watson & Taylor - Fairdale! You welcomed me with kind and friendly service two years ago when I needed a storage unit right away. You offered me an awesome move in special and a great competitive rate that stayed competitive. I thought about moving to a facility closer to my home, but your rate could not be beat. The customer service I always received from everyone was also top notch. I do wish the facility had 24 hour access as it was sometimes difficult to coordinate getting there between 7am-7pm. However, I never had any concern that my items would be stolen or damaged. I knew they were always protected well. Thank you again.
