Public Storage

No idea why anyone would give this place 5* after a tour. I'd expect to pay half as much for what we saw around and inside the facility. It's falling apart, is filthy, elevators have certificates showing last inspection date in 2016, and our unit had rat poison in it. The guys in the office were nice, but I wouldn't call them professional; lazy is a better fit. If it's close to you, you are not worried about your belongings, and you can get a good deal... This place is probably fine. I simply don't trust it and got what little we had to leave in there out as soon as possible. I have no experience with the outdoor unit; only the indoor. We swapped to CubeSmart for a closer, new, clean facility with better lighting, security, and we're paying the same price there for a first floor unit near the entrance instead of paying the amount we paid Public Storage for a second floor unit all the way in the back. The staff at our new place are also polite and look like they actually are employed.

I recently moved to Plano, Tx from Long Beach, Ca. I decided to store my furniture in Public Storage for a few months until I find a apartment. The Property Manager Shannon was very helpful with answering all questions and ensuring my move from California to Texas went as smoothly as possible. Thank you so much Shannon for providing the highest level of excellent customer service. AMAZING JOB SHANNON!!!

The Kenisha, the agent on duty was absolutely AWESOME! It was very close to closing time, and she showed nothing but Grace, professionalism, and kindness. I didn't feel rushed or put off by her. It is because of her, that I would utilize Public Storage again, and refer others.

Came in today for a few questions on a renting a space for a car and I was very surprise on how professionally I was greeted and taken care of by the property manager Shannon. she did a wonderful job of explaing the insurance of the property and that was car was very secure among this property so I nice referred this property to a few of my friends for them to set there collection cars here as well. thank you again for all the great work you provide us with.

The manager is the best. This place is clean with great service. Friendly and help staff. I would never go any where else.
