Our very first experience at a B&B. We had an amazing time and couldn’t have asked for better hosts than Jim&Jill!! The house sits on a beautiful location with great view of the woods and small pond. The location is perfect! Close to Nashville, Columbus, Edinburgh and Bloomington. Our bedroom and bathroom was very clean and nice! Breakfast was AMAZING and plenty!! I highly recommend this B&B to all who is looking for some rest and quiet!

Jim & Jill, the owners were truly wonderful! Everything was absolutely perfect. Made last minute plans for a 1 night getaway and with several calls the last one was to Lil Black Bear Inn. From now on it will be my first and only call! Fresh homemade breakfast waiting for you in the morning, Awesome hospitality, super friendly. Like staying with your favorite relatives, only better!

Such a cute place! First time at a B&B, was welcomed immediately upon arrival and checked in. Comfortable room, very accommodating, innkeeper even recommended a place for dinner that was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing, homemade including great coffee bar. There are lots of options to just relax doing - yard games, hottub, books, movies to borrow, treats in the main livingroom. We will definently be telling friends and wanting to come back. They will work with dietary needs and other requests as well - just speak up.

Jim and Jill host a lovely B&B experience! Was a packed house with guests and Jim still made time to get to know and host each of us!!! Highly recommend :)

Went here for our anniversary and we loved our stay. Jim and Jill are very nice people who know what they are doing. The first night we added a candlelight dinner to our room and it was our best dinner all weekend. The complimentary breakfast each morning is scrumptious. There is places around the property to relax and get in touch with your nature side. I would highly recommend anyone visiting the brown county area to stay here for your visit.
