LongHorn Steakhouse

Came here for a birthday dinner a little while ago with a large party and had a great time. There was a bit of a hiccup with putting our order in but we barely noticed the delay because we were talking so much. Management still wanted to make it up to us by giving us a discount and of course we greatly appreciated it. As much as I avoid chain restaurants, this place is excellent at hosting large groups and I've yet to have a bad meal. I also appreciate the kids menu paired with coloring pages to keep them busy. Even I was impressed the kids barely noticed the wait, again, because we were having such a good time.

We are from Georgia and meet some family that were down from Michigan for dinner here. The hostess seemed a bit out of it, but our server, Brandi, was fantastic. Even with a broken hand, she never left us waiting for drinks, was prompt with checking on us, and clearing the table. She mentioned she was the bartender as well, and our table was a decent bit away, but she never kept our group of 14 people waiting for anything. She is a gem and the other servers that helped run the food were very pleasant as well. Food was also delicious! Great place and would definitely be back if we are ever in town again.

Food was extremely salty. Everything we ate tasted as it were previously frozen, like from a box. We had hamburgers, meat was not juicy nor tasty. French fries were even disappointing. We had fried pickles that were terrible. Sorry guys had to be honest! Not going back!

Tiffany was our server and was very welcoming. The restaurant was clean and overall a good atmosphere. My mother and I came in for lunch and I must say my filet came out perfectly her sirloin was perfect the soup and friend pickles were great! I would definitely come back next time I'm in Mount pleasant. It's so hard to find a cook that can make a steak perfectly and they certainly have one! Couldn't have asked for a better lunch

3/31/2018 - 9:30PM - Mt. Pleasant, SC - Long story short, we just stood up and left after being ignored for more than 30 mins on an almost empty restaurant, with rude employees that simply didn't deserve us wasting our time there. Just a 5 min drive got us to King Street Grille, and we were able to continue enjoying our lovely Easter-Eve night in a great atmosphere with A+ customer service. The service and overall experience at the LongHorn Mount Pleasant, SC is simply not worthy.
