Maki Express

This page says they open at 11. Get there at 11:00 on a Saturday, closed. Worker next door says they open at 12. Would have been nice to know. Come back at 12:15. Still closed. Guy opens door and nonchalantly says it will be another 10 minutes. No thanks.

Wife and I were in the mood for really good authentic ramen bowls. Maki Express did not let us down by any means! All the staff was very welcoming. Though the restaurant is really small the ambiance was very inviting and had great artwork. Everything we ordered was made fresh in a open kitchen. The flavors were amazing and we will definitely be going back again very soon. I highly recommend this place to anyone that loves great ramen!!

Fantastic Ramen. I read a couple reviews that said the staff were rude and I have to disagree. The staff was extremely friendly to us and were very welcoming despite the fact that we didn't have much experience with the type of food they made here. They were happy to explain how it worked, what they liked, and how to eat it. Great experience I'm sure we'll be back

The ramen flavours were on point, but the noodles were a little overcooked and soft. Didn't eat anything else, but most of the things on their menu looked like they were frozen foods (from what I could see happening in the kitchen).

The best ramen you can get! All the food is delicately prepared to look and taste great. Very limited seating, although they do have a raised platform to dine cross-legged on a cushion.
