The most authentic Japanese restaurant I've found in the US. A very diverse menu filled with delicious, high quality ingredients, and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. You'll definitely enjoy your meal here!

I've been going here for years. Great quality of sushi. Service can be a bit slow, but nothing extreme. Would recommend for some good authentic Japanese food

Brilliant, amazing, fantastic, perfect. There really isn’t a word to describe just how special Mei is. Mei is superior in all the specials, ramen, sushi, udon whatever it may be. They are the experts. As a huge ramen head, I’ve tried loads of ramens. Mei has surpassed every previous ramen experience I have had by a mile. The ramen is hot, melts your face off as it should. It is served in a tradition Japanese style and every little part about it is genuine. A taste of Japan itself, Mei has got to be the best ramen I have ever had in Cincinnati to this date. 100/10, 100 stars, absolute perfection and attention to detail.

Mei's in my opinion is the best japanese food in the Cincinnati area with lots of variety in the menu of japanese dishes and sushi. Very kind and helpful staff as well
