Customer service was excellent. I came in close to closing time, they have a great selection of value mattresses, and Chima was very kind. They took my old mattress away for free, and the delivery guys were in an out in 5 minutes. Even more impressive because I live in a four floor walk up and one guy brought the mattress up by himself. I got plenty of notification beforehand. Couldn't have asked for better service. Quick tip: DO NOT go to Mattress Warehouse! Google maps will send you there. This Mattress Firm is up about another block.

Chima is a terrific person who made the whole "buying a new mattress" experience a delight. It's been years since I last bought a mattress and I was worried that it was going to be very a complicated and expensive experience. Chima was very patient with all of my questions, made great suggestions, and was able to work out a sale at a good price. Highly recommended. I'll do a follow-up review once my mattress arrives and is set up.

Highly recommend using Mattress Firm. I purchased a new mattress from this store and had a great experience with both the salesperson and the delivery team. Mattress Firm delivered my new mattress and took the old one away without any problems. The delivery was within the scheduled 2 hour window and I could even track where the driver was and view the estimated delivery time online, which was frequently updated.
