Crate and Barrel

The staff at this location were not helpful to me. I walked around for about 20 minutes looking for a sofa and bed, not once did anyone say hello or ask if I needed help, however I witnessed different treatment to their white customers. Not cool at all, Crate & Barrel has lost my business.

Super unhelpful customer service. I needed a new lamp shade from a 4 year old product and they told me to go to a lamp shade store because they can't do anything. Why would I pay so much for furniture when I can't get any support with a product? Never again.

Overpriced versions of things your Great Grandparents had. Mainly, makeable at homeable. Staff will look at you funny if you don't look like you belong in the upper 5%..

Great customer service every time. Nice selection of furniture (interesting but not too far out there). A bit pricey, but high quality.
